Customer Success Representative

Pharmapod is seeking to recruit a team member to join their expanding Customer Success Team. We are offering a part time three month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success – 50%

  • Manage the customer relationship through the whole life cycle, from initial onboarding through to retention of customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experience to all our users.
  • Manage customer inquiries by phone, e–mail, and/or live chat.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships
  • Provide strategic and consultative advice and help solve technical issues.
  • Lead
  • Produce weekly reports on consumer usage and other analytics

CRM System Management – 50%

  • Manage basic administrative functions on CRM system (salesforce)
  • Ensure accuracy in data entered by all users across the system+
  • Import and manage leads, contacts and accounts.
  • Monitor duplication and data and fix as required.

We are seeking someone to work part time Monday-Friday to cover afternoon support in Western Canada, 1pm-6pm (PST). The Pharmapod system is exceptionally easy to use and therefore the volume of queries are usually low. We expect quick response times when queries do come in and in between queries CRM system management will be completed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service in a SaaS company
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Prior experience using salesforce
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self–starter with the ability to work independently
  • A hunger to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving company
  • Willingness to take on responsibility with a “can do”, problem solving attitude
